Refunds will be submitted only upon meeting the requirements of 1) Cancellation of [Complete] Class / Session with no rescheduled date or comparable offering. Processing charges may not be refunded. Classes require a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the first class of a series or 25% otherwise. We understand that emergencies arise, in which case a gift certificate may be offered for use at a later date. We often have to purchase supplies and/or prepare for these offerings, so your courtesy for Heather Kalea’s time and energy is required. Thank You for your consideration and participation in these events. All appointments require 24-hour notice of cancellation, or there will be a $50.00 fee applied to any NO SHOW appointments.
